**Puppies may be reserved by placing a deposit.
** I Do NOT accept a deposit until you have spoke with me and I have agreed to accept a deposit from you for the puppy you wish to buy.
** I accept postal money orders, bank cashier's checks and cash for deposits.
** I do accept personal checks for deposits when the puppy is under 5 weeks old. Puppies over 5 weeks old must be reserved with one of the other forms of payment.
** I do not have a way of taking credit cards nor do I have a pay pal account at this time.
** Puppies may be reserved anytime from the age of 4 days to 7 weeks old. (unless other arrangements are made with me)
** I do not take deposits on Puppies 8 weeks old or older. They are sold on a first come/first serve basis to approved homes.
** Placing a deposit on a puppy is a committment to purchase the puppy. This is a guarantee to me that you are taking the puppy home when he /she is ready to leave our care This is also a guarantee to you that I will hold that particular puppy for you and not sell that puppy to anyone else.
** If you place a deposit on a puppy and you then change your mind or fail to come and get your puppy, you loose your deposit and the puppy will be listed available for sale. Deposits are non-refundable!
** If you place a deposit on a puppy and for some reason I can not provide that puppy to you, I will then either refund your deposit to you or transfer it to another available puppy of your choice. Whether to refund or transfer that deposit will be your choice.
** If you send a personal check and it does not clear the bank, you are responsible for a $30 return fee and the deposit is void.
** If you tell me you are sending a deposit for a particular puppy and the deposit does not arrive within 5 days, I will assume you do not want to reserve the puppy and that puppy will be available for sale.

**When sending a deposit please include your full name, address, phone number where you can be reached and which puppy the deposit is for.
** I will mail a receipt and final payment and pick-up information to you when I receive your deposit.
**This information you will receive will have your puppy's pick-up date noted on it. It will also state that you need to contact me one week before the pick-up date to set up a time with me to get your puppy. I expect all puppies to be picked up when they are ready to go. Puppies not picked up within 5 days after the pick-up date will be placed back up for sale unless you have made arrangments with me beforehand. If I agree to keep a puppy past the pick-up date, all puppies kept longer than 5 days will be charged a $10 per day boarding fee. (Exceptions to this is when we keep a puppy because we do not feel the puppy is ready to leave our care yet or if we are holding a puppy waiting a shipping date).
** Please do not send a deposit without speaking to me first.
** I Reserve the right to refuse the sale of any puppy to anyone.
**Puppies can be picked up at 8 weeks old (unless we feel puppy is not ready to leave at that age)
**Your Puppy Must be paid for in FULL when he/she is picked up.
** I DO NOT accept personal checks for final payment of puppy!
** I DO accept bank cashier's check, postal money orders and cash for final payment of puppies.
** I DO NOT accept credit cards or credit card checks for final payments of puppies.
** It is your responsibility to contact me to make arrangements to pick your puppy up. I ask that you contact me one week ahead of time to make arrangements for picking your puppy up.
